What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Team?
It comes down to scope. Starter is a single session up to 6 lessons (3 core docs). Pro is a complete training program up to 16 lessons with all 12 deliverables, including a Kirkpatrick-aligned evaluation form. Team scales the same Pro deliverables to department-wide rollouts up to 40 lessons, with Workshop Size options (Standard / Extended / Comprehensive) for weaving in larger source uploads.
How much source material can I upload — and what's the output limit?
Two numbers per tier — they mean different things. The output you receive (documents, lessons, the full kit) has no page limit. What’s capped is the optional upload— the reference material you can hand us to weave SOPs, notes, or manuals into the program. You don’t have to upload anything; InstructorKit can build entirely from a topic description.
  • Starter — about a page of notes (~5 pages).
  • Pro — a short manual or SOPs (~15–20 pages).
  • Team Standard — ~40 pages · Extended — ~80 · Comprehensive — ~150.
  • Past 150 pages — that’s Library territory.
What formats and languages do I get?
Every paid kit ships in Word, PowerPoint, PDF, and SCORM — all four at once, on every document. Each generates in your choice of 10 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Chinese (Simplified), or Japanese.
Is there a subscription or seat fee?
No. Starter, Pro, and Team are one-time purchases per course. You own the files forever — no expiry, no watermarks, no lock-in. The only recurring options are the optional Make + Host bundle, the Library subscription, and BLE Academy hosting — all clearly marked above.
Can I edit the output? Can I regenerate?
Yes to both. Word and PowerPoint files are fully editable in standard apps. You can also re-run the generator to tweak topic, depth, audience, or language — and download a fresh version anytime. Refresh and re-skin runs are priced at ~50% of the original kit.
Do I have to host on BLE Academy?
No — hosting is optional. Your SCORM files work in any compatible LMS, or you can deliver as PDF/PPT. BLE Academy is just the easiest path: invite learners, track completion, issue verifiable certificates without standing up an LMS.
What happens after I buy?

  3. 3. Download all four formats. Optionally publish to BLE Academy at the end of the wizard.

Is there a discreet attribution on the documents?
Yes — a small italic “Generated with InstructorKit” line appears on the last page of each document and the last slide of each deck. It’s easy to remove in any editor; we disclose it up-front so it’s never a surprise at delivery.
