Which kit should I choose?

Two questions sort 90% of buyers into the right kit: how deep does the training need to be, and how much of your own material are you bringing.

If I'm only running one workshop this year

Pro Kit ($347). Full 12-deliverable package — Student Manual, Instructor Guide, Slide Deck, knowledge checks, evaluation, SCORM, the works. 16 lessons max, 15–20 pages of your source. Most working trainers buy here.

If I'm running 3+ workshops a year

Make + Host annual bundle ($1,997/yr). Three Pro Kits + slide narration + 12 months of BLE Academy hosting (100 seats). À la carte the same set runs $3,120; the bundle saves $1,123. See the Make + Host page for the math.

If I'm bringing a procedure manual or 30+ pages of source

What's actually in each kit?

Every paid kit centers on the Student Manual, Instructor Guide, and Slide Deck. Pro and Team add the full 12-deliverable set.

What are the 12 deliverables?

Course Outline, Student Manual, Self-Study Guide, Instructor Guide, Pre-Assignment, Quick Reference Guide, Advertorial, Recommended Reading, Quiz & Answer Key, Training Evaluation Form (Kirkpatrick-aligned), Certificate of Completion, Slide Deck. All editable Word & PowerPoint, plus PDF and SCORM where applicable.

Does Starter include all 12?

No — Starter is 3 core docs: Student Manual, Instructor Guide, Slide Deck. Add the 8-doc Supporting Documents Bundle for $39 to round out to all 12. Pro and Team Kit include all 12 by default.

Does my kit include SCORM?

Pro, Team, Make+Host, Library — yes. SCORM 1.2 export ships with every Pro Kit and up. Starter ships Word, PowerPoint, and PDF only (no SCORM).

What about slide narration?

Starter — no. Pro — optional add-on at $97. Team — included. Make + Host — included on all 3 kits. Library — included on every program.

How long can my output actually be?

The kit's lesson count is what scales (Starter 6, Pro 16, Team 40, Library 40 per program). The output documents themselves have no page limit — a Pro Kit Student Manual often runs 60+ pages, the Instructor Guide 40+. The lesson cap caps program depth, not document length.

Generation: best practices and gotchas

Generation can be ready in as little as 5 minutes and gets stronger with better inputs. A few patterns separate great output from generic output.

How do I get the best AI output?

Be specific. The wizard's topic, audience, level, and depth fields are the inputs the AI uses — vague inputs produce generic content. “Onboarding training for new warehouse supervisors handling FDA-regulated cold storage” produces better output than “onboarding training.”

Should I upload reference material?

Yes when you have it. Pro Kit takes ~15–20 pages, Team Kit takes 30–150 by Workshop Size. Upload SOPs, procedure manuals, or existing training notes — the AI weaves your terminology and voice into the program. Output gets visibly better.

What if only some of the documents generated?

Click the “Retry missing” button on the /courses page for that order — it re-runs only the failed deliverables. InstructorKit automatically retries transient AI failures inside each step, so partial failure usually means a model timeout on a single document. Refund the kit if a retry still fails: see the refund FAQ below.

How long does generation take?

Pro Kit: typically 3–5 minutes. Team Kit Standard: 5–8 minutes. Team Extended/Comprehensive: 8–15 minutes depending on source upload size. You'll get an email when generation finishes.

Can I edit the AI output before downloading?

Yes — every output ships as editable Word and PowerPoint. Tweak voice, swap examples, add proprietary frameworks. The AI gives you the first 80%; you ship the last 20% yourself.

Publishing to BLE Academy

BLE Academy is our hosted LMS. Publish from InstructorKit in one click — your kit shows up in the Academy admin, ready to invite learners.

How does the one-click publish work?

On the /courses page for a finished order, click “Publish to BLE Academy.” If you don't have an Academy subscription yet, you'll see a pricing modal — pick a plan (Solo $49/mo, Pro $149/mo, Business $399/mo) and check out via Stripe. Your kit is published the moment the subscription provisions.

What does my team see after I publish?

Learners get an email invite, log in, and see your kit as a course. Progress is tracked per lesson. Completion auto-issues a tamper-evident certificate with a public verification code. Managers see a dashboard with team progress, due dates, and CSV export.

What if I already have an LMS?

Skip Academy entirely. Every Pro Kit and up includes SCORM 1.2 export — download the ZIP and upload to Cornerstone, Workday, Litmos, Docebo, Canvas, Moodle, or any SCORM-compatible LMS. Hosting on BLE Academy is optional, not required.

Can I publish the same kit to both Academy and my own LMS?

Yes. One generation, multiple destinations. Publish to Academy for hosted delivery to your team, and also download SCORM to load into your corporate LMS.

How do I invite learners on Academy?

Open the Academy admin at learning.ble.training/admin/manager/team. Click “Invite learners,” paste a list of emails. Each invite ties the learner to your account. Seat caps enforced server-side based on your plan.

Troubleshooting

The most common things that go sideways, and the fix in each case.

Generation stuck at 0%

Refresh the /courses page once. If it's still stuck after 10 minutes, contact support with your order id — we'll either restart the workflow or refund.

One or two documents didn't generate

Click “Retry missing” on the /courses page for the order. Each retry re-runs only the failed deliverables. Most transient failures fix on the second pass.

My SCORM package errored on upload

InstructorKit ships SCORM 1.2 — accepted by every major LMS. If your LMS reports an error, it's usually a file-size limit or a CDN-blocking rule. Try uploading from the LMS admin directly (not the in-LMS authoring tool). Contact us if it still fails — we'll regenerate.

I can't download my files

Download links are session-authenticated. Sign in to the account that placed the order at /courses and click your order. If the email is different from the account email, contact support.

My branding didn't apply

Branding (logo, colors) is applied during generation. If you uploaded a logo and it didn't land, check the file format — PNG and SVG work best. JPG with white backgrounds works; transparent JPG won't.

Billing, refunds, and account

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are honest.

What's your refund policy?

If generation fails and we can't recover it, full refund. If you're unhappy with the output and haven't exported SCORM or used the deliverables in a workshop, full refund within 14 days of purchase. See /refund-policy for the formal version.

Can I cancel my BLE Academy hosting?

Yes — from the Stripe customer portal linked in your Academy admin settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your published courses stay accessible until then.

Where do I see my receipts?

We email a receipt after every purchase. The Stripe customer portal in your account settings shows the full billing history and lets you download invoices.

What about a coupon code?

Active codes are surfaced at checkout. If you have a code, paste it in the coupon field on the pricing page or in Stripe Checkout. LAUNCH is currently active on Starter and Pro Kit — see the pricing page for the current discount.

Do you offer team / volume pricing?

For high-volume use across multiple workshops, see the Library page ($1,500/mo for ~6 programs). For ongoing consulting / agency relationships, contact us — we'll scope a custom arrangement.
